Campuses can still be intimidating places to navigate through, and foundational skill-sets are often still challenging to build for many first-year students. Employing academically successful upperclassmen in academic and student service roles can help foster confidence and community in students and help the library evolve into a more relevant campus department. This discussion session will explore ways, through sharing and conversation, that campus service providers, faculty, and librarians can implement peer-to-peer initiatives to better serve students from conception to practice in changing times.
